MAX4Kids is a non-profit organization that was created in 2001 by MAX associates as a way to give back to our communities.

Who We Are

In 2001, a group of MAX associates created the MAX4Kids Foundation because they realized the power of working together to help local children and youth through direct donations to partner organizations.

Since then, the Foundation has given back more than $1.7 million to local children’s charities and to the MAX4Kids Scholarship Program through annual fundraisers and employee donations.

We Support Children’s Organizations

In 2025, the MAX4Kids Foundation donated $33,000 to eleven local non-profits in the areas we serve. Each organization reflects the values of our Foundation and MAX team members. Together, we’re making a positive impact on the lives of members of our communities. The organizations supported in 2025 were:

Scholarship Program

Since 2001, the MAX4Kids Scholarship Program has awarded over $745,000 to area high school seniors. In 2026, we awarded 15 students with $5,000 scholarships each to support their higher education at a certified trade school, college, or university within the United States.

Students must have their own MAX account (savings and checking) opened by December 31st prior to their graduating year. The 2027 application window will open mid-September.

Community Events

Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Each fall, we host the annual charity Golf Tournament at RTJ Capitol Hill in Prattville. Join us on October 14, 2026 for our largest fundraiser of the year. With your support, we'll raise funds for local charitable organizations and scholarships for area high school seniors.

If you have an interest in sponsoring this event or participating as a golfer, register TODAY! Benefits Include: Golfer gift, breakfast and lunch, green fees, cart and practice balls, door prizes, silent auction, and knowing you've made a difference in the lives of children...priceless! Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. with the golf tournament starting promptly at 8:30 a.m.

Annual Charity Clay Shoot

Our 9th Annual Charity Clay Shoot was held on April 15, 2026, at the Lower Wetumpka Shotgun Sports Club in Montgomery, AL. Check back soon for more information on our 2027 event!

Annual Reports

Each year, our annual report provides a visual story of the amazing efforts made by MAX associates, community partners, and sponsors of our events. It recognizes the non-profits that focus on the needs of children across our markets as well as those distinguished high school seniors who were selected to receive scholarships.
