We are upgrading our eStatements system, and changing the look of our paper statements.
At MAX, we are consistently looking for ways to make money management smart and simple for you. So, we are providing you with an all-new, streamlined account statements platform that has several enhanced features for your benefit.
Our new eStatements platform will allow you to review all of your MAX accounts' information in one central location. Your MAX checking account statements, savings account statements, and several other statements and notices will reside in one easy-to-navigate online location, making it much easier to see your full financial landscape at MAX.
Our statements will have a more consistent look across all statement types, and the ability to filter and search statements by date, transaction information, payment amount, debit amount, deposit amount, and other identifying elements has been added for your convenience.
You will need MAX Online Banking and/or MAX Mobile Banking to access your eStatements.
Enrolling in MAX Online & Mobile Banking is easy, and only takes minutes. Simply provide basic information about yourself and your account for verification purposes, and we'll handle the rest of the work. You can have full access to your account in minutes.
All-new online and paper statements for your MAX loans!
MAX will now provide loan statements for each loan product you have with MAX. The statement will consist of general information about your loan, including your loan balance, loan payment date, and recent payment history. Your loan statement will be available for viewing on the new eStatements platform, and paper statements will be delivered via postal mail at no additional fee.
If you received a loan payment booklet, you will no longer need a booklet page with your payment. The new loan statement will feature a tear-off stub and return envelope to send for your convenience. Feel free to continue using the booklet for your money management needs.
Our paper statements will have a new look and feel!
If you still prefer to receive paper statements, you will also notice a change to the look of your statement. We have simplified the look of your statement, making it easier to read and find the information you need. Smart, right?
Remember, there is a $2 paper statement fee with certain MAX checking accounts. Enrolling in eStatements can help you save money.
Things to note...
- Only 12 months of statements will be available after July 1.
- Only the past 60 days of eNotices will be available after July 1. However, all eNotices delivered after July 1 will remain archived for a year.
