Web Technical Director

MAX is seeking a Web Technical Director to join our dynamic Marketing team. This qualified individual will be responsible for a multitude of projects and understand the basics of HTML and CSS. Additionally, this position will assist in styling web applications in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Qualified candidates will have a BS or BA in a related field or appropriate background experience as a Web Technical Director, 2 years of experience in developing websites and strong collaboration and problem solving skills. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots system problems/issues, and looks for ways to improve the application.
  • Maintains a secure website design, assuring confidentiality, integrity and availability.
  • Manages website design/development projects from concept to completion.
  • Serves as functional experts on HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, and design related issues.
  • Creates, manages, and monitors SEO strategy to ensure website copy is current and effectively increasing SEO rankings.
  • Reviews traffic funnel conversion performance.
  • A moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Adheres to all security policies and controls.
  • Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
  • Completes all training as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Ensures website designs and functionality are WCAG accessible and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple projects at different stages of completion.
  • Collaborates with the Creative Director for all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualizes original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
  • Administers and maintains user rights and permissions within the content management tool.'
  • Completes any necessary training activities to stay current with the latest web trends, techniques, technologies, accessibility and compliance.
  • Must be able to work both independently and with various teams while managing time efficiently.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures and be able to adhere to proofing processes for all changes to digital presences.
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable statues and regulations including, but not limited to, BSA.

Requirements

  • Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

*Other Skills: Experience in HTML, CSS, and relevant web standards. Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore preferred). Basic SQL knowledge. Experience with any of the following is welcomed: WCAG accessibility, responsive design techniques. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs necessary (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.) Self-starter with strong self-management skills. Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers and other departments while leading development to a completed and successful solution. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of necessary timelines and budgets. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Due to the nature of project deadlines and implementation schedules, evening and weekend work may be required. 6 months call center, sales or financial institution experience. PC skills. Member Service Consultant

MAX is now seeking experienced Member Service Consultants in the Montgomery and River Region area, as well as Auburn, Opelika, Troy and the East Alabama area. These skilled individuals will be responsible for assisting members and potential members with their financial needs to include servicing transactions, counseling members on product selection or use, opening new accounts, and processing consumer loans. Role

To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.

  • Opens accounts and fully explains the services and distributes the proper disclosures.
  • Assists members in establishing Jenny MAX, ATM/ Debit Card services, and Online Banking.
  • Assists members in completing appropriate documentation regarding fraud situations.
  • Maintains basic knowledge of MAX products and services, and consistently cross offers these products and services.
  • Assists members with the completion of paperwork and posts documents required for stop payment orders, direct deposits, payroll deductions, allotments, etc.
  • Assists or seeks assistance effectively for members who have concerns/problems relating to Credit Union matters.
  • Performs duties of Branch Receptionist and Member Service Representative once a month to maintain skills.
  • Handles mail/telephone requests and inquires in accordance with Credit Union policies.
  • Supports and adheres to the member service standards.
  • Completes all training as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Six months of cumulative related experience.
  • Education: A high school education or GED.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
