A New Online Banking Experience

We've launched a new online banking and app experience.

We've updated our technology to bring you an enhanced experience. You'll enjoy many of the same features that you use daily, plus improved money management tools designed to streamline your on-the-go banking experience.

On June 23rd, we launched our new and improved online banking platform and mobile app.
 
All users (desktop and mobile) need to enroll and set up a new profile. Mobile app users also need to download and install the new app on their devices.

Security Reminder
Do not share your personal or account information with anyone. MAX will never contact you and ask for account number(s), username(s), passwords, secure access codes, your Social Security Number, your debit or credit card number, or your PIN. We will not contact you to set up your online banking profile. If you are suspicious of a request for data or information, end the conversation immediately and contact MAX directly. 
 
 
Important Information
  • All users will need to enroll in the new system. 
  • Know your account number. You will need this information to set up your new online banking account.
  • Enroll with the correct contact information. When you enroll in the new system, make sure you enter the phone number and email address associated with your account. If you use different contact information than what is on file with us, you will not be able to complete the enrollment process.
 
Download the New App
Download and install the new MAX CU app from your device's app store. You can enroll on desktop/browser using the Login link in the upper right of the page or you can enroll from the app. You can delete the old app from your device.

You can access the login link in the upper right corner of the page. Click on "Enroll" to enroll. All users will need to enroll and set up a profile in the new system.
Mobile Banking | App (Phone or Tablet)

New app enrollment links are listed above. You will need to remove the old app and download the new app.
Bill Pay
Available
Temporarily unavailable for new enrollments
Bill Pay accounts and payments will carry over to the new system and process as planned. New enrollment is temporarily unavailable. For the best Bill Pay experience, use desktop/browser.
Internal Transfers (Future Dated and/or Recurring)
Available
Future Dated and Recurring Internal Transfers (to MAX accounts) will carry over to the new system and process as planned. 
External Account Transfers
Available

External accounts and scheduled transfers (to non-MAX accounts) will not carry over to the new system. You will need to reestablish the connection. Any external transfers scheduled to process now through 6/23 will proceed as planned.
Chat with MAX (Secure Live Chat) Available  Chat with a MAX representative. Automated responses and quick tools are available for general questions.
Member Rewards Available Member Rewards will carry over to the new system.
Insights (Smartfolio) Available Smartfolio will be rebranded as Insights in the new system.
SIDEKICK  Temporarily Unavailable Will be temporarily unavailable in the new system for enhancements.
