On June 23rd, we launched our new and improved online banking platform and mobile app.
All users (desktop and mobile) need to enroll and set up a new profile. Mobile app users also need to download and install the new app on their devices.

Security Reminder
Do not share your personal or account information with anyone. MAX will never contact you and ask for account number(s), username(s), passwords, secure access codes, your Social Security Number, your debit or credit card number, or your PIN. We will not contact you to set up your online banking profile. If you are suspicious of a request for data or information, end the conversation immediately and contact MAX directly.
Important Information
- All users will need to enroll in the new system.
- Know your account number. You will need this information to set up your new online banking account.
- Enroll with the correct contact information. When you enroll in the new system, make sure you enter the phone number and email address associated with your account. If you use different contact information than what is on file with us, you will not be able to complete the enrollment process.
