Conversion Weekend - Important Information
During the conversion window, we will be unable to accept mortgage payments from Friday, May 29, 2026 at 5 pm CT through the morning of Monday, June 1, 2026. Auto payments will be processed as scheduled.
Beginning at 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 31st, our system will be offline for several hours. During this time, transactions may be limited, online banking and the mobile app may not show current balances, and some features, such as mobile deposit, may return errors. Please check our homepage for specific timeframes and updates.
What is changing?
Following the conversion, you will be able to view your mortgage loan information in MAX online banking without being redirected to an external site. Your mortgage will show up as a loan, making it easier to view your balance and transaction history as well as make payments all in one place. You will also be able to make mortgage payment through an external transfer and payments will post immediately.

Access your mortgage from the Dashboard in the Account list or by selecting Accounts in the left-hand menu.
