MAX4Kids is a non-profit organization that was created in 2001 by MAX associates as a way to give back to our communities.

Who We Are

In 2001, a group of MAX associates created the MAX4Kids Foundation because they realized the power of working together to help local children and youth through direct donations to partner organizations.

Since then, the Foundation has given back more than $1.5 million to local children’s charities and to the MAX4Kids Scholarship Program through annual fundraisers and employee donations.

We Support Children’s Organizations

In 2023, the MAX4Kids Foundation supported nine local non-profits, with a total donation of $29,750. We believe each organization we support mirrors the values of the Foundation and our MAX associates. Together, we’re making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. Scholarship Program

Since 2001, the MAX4Kids Scholarship Program has awarded over $695,000 to area high school seniors. In 2023, we awarded 10 students with $5,000 scholarships each to support their higher education in Alabama.

Students must have their own MAX account opened by November 1st prior to their graduating year. Scholarship applications will be available online and in MAX branches in September 2024.

Community Events

Annual Charity Golf Tournament

In the fall, we host the annual charity Golf Tournament at RTJ Capitol Hill in Prattville. Our 25th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held on October 16, 2024. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year with proceeds going towards charitable organizations and scholarships for high school seniors in the areas we serve. Go ahead and mark your calendars, additional information will be provided as we near the event.

Annual Charity Clay Shoot

Our 8th Annual Charity Clay Shoot will be held in April 2025, date to be announced, at the Lower Wetumpka Shotgun Sports Club. Registration opens at 8:00 am with the shoot starting at 9:00 am.

Annual Reports

Each year, our annual report provides a visual story of the amazing efforts made by MAX associates, community partners, and sponsors of our events. It recognizes the non-profits that focus on the needs of children across our markets as well as those distinguished high school seniors who were selected to receive scholarships.
