MAX Hosts Ribbon Cutting for New Baptist South Branch

MONTGOMERY, AL (January 5, 2017) – MAX  took a step in a new direction Thursday as  it joined Montgomery business leaders, along with Baptist Health Administration, to cut the ribbon on MAX’s new location in Baptist South Medical Center – Morrow Tower.

In March 2016, the development of the MAX Baptist South branch began, with finalized approval in August the same year. The MAX Baptist South branch is approximately 1300 square feet and operates as a full service branch, providing the same products and services as MAX stand-alone branch locations. It includes safe deposit boxes and drive-thru services.

The new location also offers a comprehensive package of both business and consumer solutions. In addition to dividend earning checking accounts, mobile banking, and a variety of loans, MAX is also a provider for financial planning and insurance coverage.

The Baptist South branch offers convenient hours, accommodating both the residents of the community, as well as Baptist Health associates.

“For over 60 years, MAX has been an integral part of the Central Alabama community, and we are thrilled to partner with Baptist Medical Center as we open our 9th location in the Montgomery area and 16th overall location,” said Assistant Vice President of Retail Marketing Jessica Pigg.

Residents of the community can access the branch inside Morrow Tower at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL at 2055 E. South Blvd.
