| myMAX Online Branch First Time Users | | Print | | | Please note: To access your MAX accounts through the myMAX Online Branch, you must first submit an Online Branch application. Once your application is approved, you will be assigned a PIN that you will use as a first-time password. Your User ID is your member number the first time you log in to the Online Branch. Upon your initial log in, you will be asked if you want to create an alternate User ID. You will also be asked to create a unique password. If you have logged in to the Online Branch before and created a User ID that you can not remember, please call the myMAX Service Center at 1-800-776-6776. 1. Enter your user ID and password (PIN). Then select "Sign In".  2. In addition to creating a unique password for online account access, you will also be prompted to set up a series of three challenge questions. These challenge questions place an additional measure of security on your account, known as Enhanced Login Security. You may either select to answer these questions each time you log in to your account, or you can select the box next to "Remember the computer I'm using now". Once logged in to the myMAX Online Branch, you can edit your security preferences under the User Options feature.
