We want to make it easy and painless for you to transfer your financial accounts to us. We can help you open new accounts with us, switch over any automatic transactions you may have and help you close out old accounts with other financial institutions. Simply follow the instructions provided on the forms below, and bring them to a MAX branch nearest you. A MAX associate can submit the forms on your behalf. Be sure to keep a copy of the forms for your records.

1. Close your old account with your previous financial institution.

2. Move your direct deposit to your MAX account.

3. Start making outgoing payments from your MAX account that are currently made from a different account.
