MAX Mobile Banking Applications use security protocols similar to the myMAX Online Banking Branch, providing a secure environment for you to manage your finances from your mobile device. No account or login information is stored on your mobile device and an inactivity logout is in place, adding an extra measure of security. To protect your account information, you are required to authenticate yourself on each mobile device using the same information that you use to log into the myMAX Online Banking Branch from your web browser. All communication between your mobile device and the mobile banking server is encrypted, and your password and account information are never stored on the mobile device.
Please note that emails sent to MAX through MAX Mobile Banking Applications are not secure. Do not include account-specific information when emailing MAX from the MAX Mobile Banking Apps.
